At Burn Boot Camp, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
