How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn apparel with tags attached and unopened equipment. Please note that nutrition products and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my Burn Boot Camp performance wear?

To maintain the quality of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to the global Burn community soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team.
